Hello and welcome to Salon Shant’e! Please take a few minutes to read and familiarize yourself with me and what to expect before booking. Thank you in advance. SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS: Appointments, if available, are open for booking through this site only, on the same day. I DO NOT PERSONALLY BOOK ANY APPOINTMENTS. WALK-INS: You must call first (734-674-0749) to check my availability. If you plan to arrive in the next 30 minutes, no appointment is necessary. If you do a no call/no show, you will be blocked and unable to book with me in the future. This is a private salon suite and NO CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED. I do not service children under 12 years old. You are allowed one guest to accompany you on your appointment if needed. All services require a non-refundable $20 deposit with the balance due at the time of your service. My schedule opens for booking the 1st day of every month at 6am and booking is available for that month up until the last day of that month. When booking, please read the description of each style and the options to be sure you select the correct services. Be sure to arrive to your appointment at least 10 minutes early. If you are more than 10 minutes late you may lose your deposit if I am not able to accommodate you in the same day or week. I strive to start every client at their scheduled time and I do communicate in the event there is an issue on my behalf. I aim to make sure each client is satisfied, refers, and returns. Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ THE “ABOUT” SECTION. Most of your common questions are answered here. 🫶🏽 All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, your deposit can be used to reschedule one time within the same day or week. If you are late to your appointment and I am not able to accommodate you within the same day or week, you will lose your deposit and will have to book a new appointment with a new deposit.
